The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing the outlet as a successful independent profit centre, ensuring efficient daily operations and memorable dining experiences in line with Hyatt brand standards. This role leads and develops the service team, maintains service quality, and manages revenue, costs and staffing while meeting the expectations of our guests, colleagues and owners. Qualifications · Experience in food and beverage operations within luxury hotels, preferably within Park Hyatt. · Current experience as an Outlet Manager or in a comparable restaurant management role. · In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and service quality management. · Proven ability to manage outlet financial performance, including revenue, cost control and labour productivity. · Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop colleagues and build an engaged, collaborative team. · Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a genuine commitment to caring for guests and colleagues. · Ability to work closely with culinary and other hotel teams to deliver consistent, personalised dining experiences. · Fluency in spoken and written English; Korean language proficiency would be an advantage.
