Set, clear, and reset tables according to restaurant standards. Deliver water, bread, food, beverages, and other items to guests as directed. Assist with table maintenance throughout the meal. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service stations. Assist with side work, opening and closing duties, and restaurant setup. Communicate guest needs and requests to Servers and other team members. Follow all food safety, sanitation, service, and hotel standards. Work collaboratively with Servers, culinary colleagues, hosts, and management. Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs.
