Our partner is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II – First Legal Team based in the United States. This role supports the management and resolution of foreclosure matters across a complex, nationwide mortgage servicing portfolio. You will work closely with attorneys, governmental agencies, investors, insurers, and internal business teams to keep foreclosure activities accurate, compliant, and on schedule. The position requires strong knowledge of foreclosure regulations, mortgage documentation, servicing requirements, and judicial and non-judicial processes. You will play an important role in identifying issues, mitigating risk, and ensuring appropriate actions are taken within established authority. The environment is fast-paced and highly deadline-driven, requiring sound judgment, organization, and exceptional attention to detail. You will also provide reporting, coordinate with outside counsel, and help ensure portfolio activity aligns with applicable federal, state, agency, and investor requirements.
