This is a fully remote independent contractor opportunity focused on delivering personalized, evidence-based nutrition care. You’ll provide one-on-one virtual appointments and proactive follow-ups to members with diverse health and wellness goals. Your work may span weight management, GLP-1 support, gastrointestinal health, women’s health, chronic condition management, and preventive wellness. You’ll build trusted relationships with members while using digital tools to monitor progress and support sustainable behavior change. The role offers significant flexibility, allowing you to manage your schedule while growing your clinical practice. It is particularly well suited to early-career dietitians seeking hands-on experience within a supportive virtual care environment. Holding licenses across multiple states can expand the range of members you are able to support. Accountabilities Deliver personalized virtual one-on-one nutrition appointments and proactive follow-ups through the digital care platform. Support members across a broad range of nutrition and wellness needs, including weight management, GLP-1 support, gastrointestinal health, women’s health, chronic conditions, and preventive care. Develop supportive, evidence-based nutrition guidance tailored to individual member goals, circumstances, and progress. Build positive relationships with members and encourage sustainable behavior change through clear, empathetic communication. Document appointments, recommendations, and member progress accurately within the designated platform. Manage an assigned caseload independently while maintaining a high standard of care and timely follow-up. Use digital tools effectively to deliver engaging and accessible virtual nutrition care. Represent the program’s clinical standards and commitment to high-quality member experiences across every interaction. Requirements Active Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credential issued by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Current US state licensure appropriate for providing nutrition care; licenses in multiple states are highly valued. Recent graduates and early-career dietitians are encouraged to apply. Experience or strong interest in evidence-based nutrition care, behavior change, and helping individuals achieve sustainable health outcomes. Comfortable delivering virtual care and using technology to manage appointments, documentation, and member relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate warmly and effectively through video and digital channels. Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage priorities and a remote caseload. Genuine curiosity, empathy, and a member-focused approach to nutrition counseling.
