This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of accounting across a portfolio of venture funds. You will own accounting standards, policies, interpretations, and complex judgment calls across multiple fund structures. As a senior accounting leader, you will serve as the final escalation point for challenging accounting questions and edge cases. You will work closely with fund accountants, treasury and compliance teams, auditors, and tax providers to ensure reliable financial outputs. The role also provides an opportunity to influence how accounting requirements are translated into scalable workflows, controls, and technology. You will help identify recurring operational complexity and partner with Product and Engineering teams to build more efficient solutions.
