Champion new and need hotels, as well as other company initiatives and priorities. Resourcefully engage all areas of the organization to identify collaboration opportunities, experiment, and secure business opportunities. Participate in sales calls and business travel as needed, including customer appointments, quarterly business reviews, trade shows, industry events, FAM trips, and internal meetings. Support all aspects of the annual corporate travel RFP process. Demonstrate a strong customer service mindset. Engage with hotel sales teams, operators, and owners to build rapport and support shared sales goals. Stay current on market conditions, forecasts, and industry trends, translating insights into proactive actions that drive sales performance. Experience Required Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel sales department, or at least 1 year of experience in a Global Sales Manager role with a proven track record. Experience in Corporate Business Travel and/or the Hospitality Industry. Strong understanding of the Group and MICE segments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use sales data and market insights to inform business strategies. Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to travel as needed to support client engagement and business development activities. Experience Preferred Working knowledge and experience in account development across the North China region, including Shandong, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, and Inner Mongolia. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and sales practices. Experience with Cognos, ThoughtSpot, Agency360, Reserve, SynXis, and RMT.
