This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead based in the United States. This role will build and operate the digital and content engine that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and qualified pipeline. You will own a broad growth marketing scope spanning SEO, AEO, paid acquisition, content, website optimization, and analytics. The position is highly hands-on, giving you the opportunity to create campaigns, produce content, run experiments, and optimize performance directly. You will work closely with sales, legal, and product stakeholders to turn expertise into compelling marketing experiences and measurable revenue opportunities. A strong focus on experimentation and data will allow you to identify high-performing channels and build repeatable growth systems. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving, venture-backed environment where you can build marketing processes and infrastructure from the ground up. Accountabilities: As Growth Marketing Lead, you will own the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives across content, digital acquisition, conversion, and performance analytics. Plan and publish high-quality content across blogs, case studies, email, and social channels to build authority and drive organic growth. Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with SEO priorities, business objectives, and target audience needs. Collaborate with legal and product teams to translate complex subject-matter expertise into accessible and compelling content. Own SEO and AEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content structure, and organic growth initiatives. Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across search, social, retargeting, and other relevant channels. Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance and return on investment. Optimize websites and landing pages to improve conversion rates and lead generation. Build and maintain marketing analytics, attribution, tracking, and reporting across channels. Design and run growth experiments to identify, validate, and scale the most effective acquisition channels. Partner closely with sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and marketing-sourced pipeline. Establish and improve marketing processes, systems, and infrastructure in a resource-conscious environment. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital marketer who combines strong content and SEO capabilities with analytical thinking, paid acquisition experience, and the ability to move quickly in a growing organization. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital and content marketing, ideally within a startup or fast-growing company. Strong technical SEO expertise and familiarity with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to independently create compelling marketing content rather than relying solely on external writers or agencies. Demonstrated experience launching, managing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns. Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to implement tracking, interpret performance data, identify insights, and iterate quickly. Strong understanding of conversion optimization, digital acquisition, and growth experimentation. Self-starter mindset with the ability to build marketing processes and infrastructure from scratch in a resource-constrained environment. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple channels and priorities simultaneously. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. Experience marketing to legal, compliance, or other B2B professional buyers is a plus. Experience with marketing automation or lifecycle email campaigns is a plus. Familiarity with website and CMS platforms such as Webflow, or the ability to make basic HTML/CSS changes, is a plus. Benefits: Base salary of $110,000–$140,000 , depending on experience. Meaningful early-employee equity grant. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) plan. Flexible paid time off. Paid company holidays. Opportunity to take significant ownership of a growing marketing function. Fast-paced, venture-backed environment with opportunities to build processes and systems from the ground up.
