Gather and document business and functional requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders, development, and QA teams. Support Guidewire PolicyCenter enhancements and production support. Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder review sessions. Prepare UAT plans, test scenarios, and coordinate UAT sign-off. Improve policy administration processes and business workflows. Support Commercial P&C insurance products and ISO/AAIS admitted lines.
