This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Finance based in the United States. This is a foundational finance leadership role at a rapidly scaling, AI-native technology company. You will be the first full-time finance leader, partnering closely with the COO and executive team. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership across FP&A, accounting, revenue, and operations. You will build the financial infrastructure, processes, and reporting systems needed to support the next stage of growth. You will also partner with Product and Go-to-Market teams on pricing, packaging, deal strategy, and monetization. As the company scales, you will use automation and AI to streamline repetitive finance work and increase operational leverage.
