The Role As a Civil Designer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. We are Hiring Civil Designers across multiple levels to support projects in the Onshore upstream and downstream (Oil and Gas, Petrochemical) experience is required. These roles are based in Baroda, with opportunities aligned to experience, technical capability and project requirements. This recruitment is part of an invite‑only hiring drive scheduled for Saturday, 26 Sep 2026, at our Baroda office. Interviews will be conducted only for pre‑screened candidates who receive a formal invitation from our Talent Acquisition team. Roles will be offered at Designer / Senior Designer, depending on experience and skills. Compensation and grades will be aligned accordingly. Opportunities may be offered as permanent or fixed‑term contract positions. Responsibilities: A) Lead Designer :- 12 - 18 Years experience. Should Have ·         Good experience of leading team of Designers on Domestic & International Projects in the domain of Combined Cycle and Coal based Power Plant, Oil & Gas/ Chemical/ Petrochemicals. ·         Hands on experience of working on 3D modelling software like E3D, S3D, Tekla and 2D software like Autocad, Microstation etc. Also have experience of 3D Model Clash Resolution, Fabrication Drawing Review etc. ·         Worked in Preparation of 3D model , steel & Foundation Drawing of preparation of Foundations and Structures of Boiler and Turbine area, Balance of Plant area, Switchyard and Substations, Non Plant Buildings, Coal and Ash Handling facilities (Optional),  Piperack, Tech Structure, Substation/Control Room Building, Compressor shelters , Warehouse Sheds,  Equipment Foundations like ( Tanks, Heat Exchangers , Horizontal/Vertical Vessels, Pumps), STG/GTG foundation, Transformer Foundation, Cooling Tower, ·         Worked on International projects ( i.e projects located in America , Canada, Middle East ) and  Indian Projects etc. ·         Good communication skills in English( Written & Verbal ) B)      Designer :- 8-10 Years experience Should Have ·         Good experience of working on Domestic & International Projects in the domain of Combined Cycle and Coal based Power Plant,  Oil & Gas/ Chemical/ Petrochemicals ,Power projects. ·         Hands on experience of working on 3D modeling software like E3D,S3D,Tekla and 2D software like Autocad, Microstation etc. Also have experience of 3D Model Clash Resolution, Fabrication Drawing Review etc. ·         Worked in Preparation of 3D model, steel & Foundation Drawing of Boiler and Turbine area, Balance of Plant area, Non Plant Buildings, Switchyard and Substations,  Piperack, Tech Structure, Substation/Control Room Building, Compressor shelters , Warehouse Sheds,  Equipment Foundations like ( Tanks, Heat Exchangers , Horizontal/Vertical Vessels, Pumps), STG/GTG foundation, Transformer Foundation, Cooling Tower etc. ·      Good communication skills in English( Written & Verbal ) About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: Minimum 6+ years’ experience in Structural & Concrete drawing preparation for Onshore / Refinery /Power projects.
