You will take ownership of critical day-to-day People operations, serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers. Your responsibilities will span payroll, benefits, compliance, HR systems, employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and workplace administration. You will play an important role in ensuring HR processes remain accurate, compliant, organized, and scalable as the organization grows.
