HVAC Mechanical Service Tech Foreman (union) at Johnson Controls

What you will do Working Foreman must be skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of ten (10) years actual, five (5) of those years must be chiller related, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, electrical, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry. A self-starter who must be able to lead a team of approx. 10-15 field technicians. Interaction with both internal and external customers, attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling technician hours, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work. This is a Bargaining Unit Position. Of those 10+ years, 5 years must be chiller experience. Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge. Good verbal and written communication skills Pay Range: $53.63 - 58.50 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
