Develop understanding of equipment and process to be an effective trainer of new employees Collaborate with site Engineering and Process Owners to document process conditions and ensure adequate process control/monitoring during duration of casting process. Collaborate with Epoxy Mold Builder to align equipment and molds to schedule. Conduct and assist Maintenance with routine and preventative maintenance Epoxy casting equipment; document maintenance activities as required to determine Troubleshoot molding problems and support production to minimize downtime and scrap Monitor, evaluate, and optimize mold performance; adjust mold settings to support quality, efficiency, and throughput Follow all safety rules and procedures and ensure work meets required safety standards Follow and participate in 5S activities to sustain a safe, visual, and efficient workspace.
