Location: Alamo, Tennessee, United States of America Job ID: R0140913 Date Posted: 2026-08-27 Company Name: HITACHI ENERGY USA INC Profession (Job Category): Production & Skilled Trades Job Schedule: Full time Remote: No Job Description: Inspect molds for quality and adherence to specifications Clean and lubricate molds; ensure molds, fixtures, and tooling are maintained in a production-ready condition to meet scheduled production Replace worn or broken parts and perform repairs to molds and related equipment Manage inventory of connection fittings to adequately prepare molding sections for processing Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on molds; document maintenance activities as required Troubleshoot molds and support production to minimize downtime and scrap Monitor, evaluate, and optimize mold performance; With support from Engineering, adjust mold building techniques and process to support quality, efficiency, and throughput. Follow all safety rules and procedures and ensure work meets required safety standards Follow and participate in 5S activities to sustain a safe, visual, and efficient workspace.
