Role Descriptions: ROLE SCOPE & ACCOUNTABILITY What You Own · End-to-end technical health, reliability, support model, and roadmap for payroll and workforce management applications, including Infor WFM and UKG Payroll. · Payroll technology strategy, architecture simplification, investment priorities, IT budgets, Agile funding, delivery governance, and vendor performance. · Production issue management from intake through diagnosis, containment, correction, validation, communication, root cause analysis, and prevention. · Technical capability and operating discipline of internal employees, contractors, managed service providers, and vendors supporting payroll technology. · Quality of configuration, integrations, controls, testing, documentation, release readiness, and production outcomes.
