This role supports the technical certification and testing lifecycle for merchant and point-of-sale environments across assigned portfolios. You will coordinate complex certification projects from initial scope discovery through laboratory testing, production release, and post-launch stabilization. The position combines systems engineering, technical QA, payment processing, network connectivity, SQL-based data validation, and operational troubleshooting. You will work closely with external clients, engineering teams, network operations, product support, and other cross-functional stakeholders. A strong focus is placed on data integrity, technical specification compliance, secure connectivity, and reliable transaction processing. You will also have opportunities to introduce AI-assisted diagnostics, automation, and process improvements that reduce manual effort and operational risk.
