In support of the Air Force Information Network (AFIN)/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Project Management. Manages and oversees all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables. Collects requirements and develops detailed project plans and timelines. Monitors project milestones and generates regular status reports. Evaluates and manages risk. Incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables. Possesses strong knowledge of DoW networks and related technologies. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Provide project management support, including coordinating and validating operational requirements and identifying , planning, scheduling, and coordinating operational resource support for the implementation and onboarding of projects onto the AFIN. This task includes: Coordination with stakeholders and partner agencies as required to validate and certify projects prior to implementation process Coordination of operational requirements across 688 CW units Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME s ) and Change Sponsors for project support to include the review of project documentation and Implementation Plans Supporting PMOs with identifying, planning, and scheduling operational resources needed to implement projects on the AFIN Working closely with the A FIN M ission A ssurance C enter (AMAC) and other supporting functions to provide the tactical command and control (C2) of the on-boarding process for major Air Force Cyber Projects. Act as the “front-door” to the 688 CW for all AFIN projects Coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on the on-boarding process from project introduction to implementation (cradle-to-grave support) Support Information Assurance/Risk Management Framework (IA/RMF) review of ATO packages and Certification & Accredi tation (C&A) packages Familiar with maintaining controls and artifacts in the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service ( eMASS ) , Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS) for the registration and maintenance of 688 CW systems to report budget s , IA / Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), and other common compliance and auditing tools Database Admini strator (DBA) experience and basic SQL coding knowledge Support Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) operations through oversite of IT asset management Education & Experience Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent , and 10+ years of related experience Certifications Required: IAT II Desired: Program Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL v4 Foundation Security Clearance REQUIRED: Top Secret (TS/SCI) to start Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.) Shift – Days. This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required .
