You’ll collaborate closely with an expert-matching team to resolve inquiries and maintain smooth coverage across shifts. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and concise communication will be essential to delivering responsive journalist support. With flexible scheduling of up to 17 hours per week, the position can complement freelance journalism or other professional commitments.
