Program Details Food and Beverage - Approximate length - 6 months - 6-week rotation through various department of the hotel - 18-week concentration in Food and Beverage Operations The Food and Beverage Operations Corporate Management Training Program was developed to provide training for recent Hospitality college graduates for hotel management positions specifically in the Food and Beverage division of the hotel. A portion of the program duration will be spent in the concentration of Food and Beverage, and the remainder will include a rotational schedule in the divisions of Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Rooms, and Sales & Catering. The salary range for this position is $51,800.00-$74,300.00. The final salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and the geographic location where the work will be performed. Compensation will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local wage requirements, including applicable minimum wage requirements.
