Job Title: Junior Scrum Master Location: San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX Duration: 6 Months Rate: $45/hr on C2C – Fixed Must Have Skills: Jira Excel PowerPoint Scrum & Agile Methodologies Technical Background Facilitation and Coaching Skills CI/CD and DevOps Understanding Agile Metrics / AMP Metrics Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Remove team impediments and technical blockers Coach and mentor Agile teams Support Product Owners with backlog management Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices Support up to 3 Agile teams Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams Drive technical excellence and adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices Requirements: Proven experience as a Scrum Master Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies Strong technical understanding of software development workflows Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills Experience with Agile frameworks Familiarity with Agile Metrics Portal (AMP) metrics is preferred Note: Visa copy, DL copy, Passport number, I-94, and Travel History are required for submission.
