This is a remote, full-time opportunity focused on turning complex operational data into clear, actionable business insights. You will build and scale reporting solutions that help leaders understand performance across customer engagement programs, channels, and teams. The role combines advanced Tableau development, data analysis, visualization, and hands-on work with large operational datasets. You will translate data into compelling narratives for Director- and VP-level audiences and support high-impact business reviews. Your insights will help identify performance gaps, emerging risks, customer experience opportunities, and the actions most likely to improve outcomes. Working across Technology, Operations, and Program teams, you will also help strengthen data quality, accessibility, and reporting standards.
