You will lead master training initiatives while coaching and developing trainers and facilitators to deliver an exceptional participant experience. The role combines hands-on facilitation, quality assurance, curriculum oversight, professional development, and operational leadership. You will serve as a trusted authority on model fidelity, helping teams adapt thoughtfully while protecting core standards and practices. You will also establish scalable systems for trainer development, observation, feedback, performance improvement, and continuous learning.
