This role focuses on growing league and tournament business across a large entertainment network. You’ll work closely with local center leaders and regional teams to recruit, retain, and develop leagues and tournament opportunities. The position combines relationship management, business development, market awareness, and revenue analysis. You’ll identify opportunities created by competitor activity, center changes, and evolving market conditions. Your work will directly contribute to league participation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial, with significant autonomy to introduce new ideas and strategies. The role is remote for the West Coast and includes travel for meetings, recruitment activities, and tournament support.
