About This Role Textron Systems Corporation is searching for an Information Technology (IT) Cyber Security Manager based in Hunt Valley, MD to support all Textron Systems locations. The Cyber Security Manager must be a highly motivated, self-driven team player that can perform in a fast-changing business environment. The candidate should possess natural enthusiasm for IT Security, diverse in-depth technical experience, business acumen, and strong customer service skills. The Cyber Security Manager responsibilities include leading compliance and operational functions including, but not limited to, providing best practice cybersecurity guidance to internal and external stakeholders, enforcement of internal and external compliance standards, leading risk assessment reviews and vulnerability assessments, identifying, communicating, and mitigating threats, communicating with senior leaders and other stakeholders across the Textron Systems and Textron. The candidate must have experience collaborating across multiple business lines to safeguard our information systems and execute on our programs.
