Hours of Work : 8-4:30 Days Of Week : M-F Work Shift : 8X5 Day (United States of America) Job Description : Your Job: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Manager Mammography is responsible for the operations and management of the Methodist Mansfield Breast Center while upholding the mission and vision and values of the health system. Your Job Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.S.) required; Master's degree preferred •  Approved Training Program in Imaging • Anyone or a combination of recognized Radiology credentials i.e. ARRT or NMTCB, ARDMS, etc. • Minimum of five (5) years broad experience within the field of Radiology or Mammography including appropriate superior administrative aspects preferred. • Minimum 2-5 years direct management experience to include daily operations, budget management including productivity. 2 years of previous leadership. • Effective organizational and time management skills. • Positive role model for staff, students and other heal care professionals. • Use of value management techniques for improvement/cost savings. • Outpatient experience very desirable. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, computer literacy ability to travel Your Job Responsibilities: • Communicate clearly and openly • Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment • Be accountable for your performance • Always look for ways to improve the patient experience • Take initiative for your professional growth • Be engaged and eager to build a winning team Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is a 294-bed, full-service acute-care hospital serving North Texas and certified as an Advanced Primary Stroke and Heart Attack Center by The Joint Commission.
