This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Quality Assurance TCR based in United States. This role leads quality assurance and operational excellence initiatives within a manufacturing environment. You will own quality systems, continuous improvement programs, and corrective action processes that directly influence operational performance. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving, using data and quality methodologies to address complex challenges. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Success will be measured through improvements in quality costs, customer satisfaction, audit performance, and process efficiency. The role also provides an opportunity to foster a strong culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement across the facility. This is a full-time, first-shift position with an on-site presence and limited flexibility to work from home on an ad hoc basis.
