You will serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Affiliate, and Customer Marketing teams. The role combines sophisticated legal counseling with practical business partnership, helping teams pursue ambitious initiatives while managing material risk. You will guide matters involving advertising, consumer protection, AI in marketing, influencer and affiliate programs, trademarks, and strategic commercial relationships. You will also oversee a commercial legal team, establish scalable processes, and develop legal professionals for broader responsibilities.
