About the Role Join the industry leader in hyperscale data center cooling and modular data center manufacturing. The Manufacturing Engineer II serves as a senior technical leader responsible for driving manufacturing strategy, capital expansion, plant capacity growth, and operational excellence across large-scale HVAC and modular data center manufacturing operations. This role requires strong Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Project Management experience with demonstrated success leading capital projects from concept through implementation. Key Responsibilities • Lead manufacturing strategies supporting plant growth and capacity expansion. • Develop labor models, capacity plans, and throughput improvement initiatives. • Lead large-scale capital equipment projects from scope development through startup. • Manage equipment specification, procurement, installation, commissioning, and implementation. • Conduct bottleneck analysis and facility layout optimization. • Establish engineering standards and mentor manufacturing engineers. • Lead Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives. • Support new product introduction and production readiness activities. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline. • 6+ years of Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Engineering experience. • Experience in large-scale multi-process manufacturing environments. • Experience with sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and HVAC manufacturing. • Proven success leading capital projects from concept through implementation. • Experience with plant capacity planning, labor planning, and production scaling. • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. • Lean Manufacturing leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications • Hyperscale Data Center, HVAC, Modular Building, Industrial Equipment, or Capital Equipment manufacturing experience. • PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification. • Experience managing large capital investments. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $76,000-$105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
