As the Drive & Control Company, we develop, produce, and distribute our components and system solutions in over 80 countries.   Monitoring inventory levels, conducting cycle counts and physical inventories, and reconcile discrepancies using ERP/WMS systems and ordering materials needs for upcoming orders. Shipping & Receiving Overs ight: Verify delivery documentation and inspect incoming shipments for damage. Ensure outgoing orders are accurately packed, weighed, and accompanied by correct Bills of Lading (BOLs) Workflow Optimization:  Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage. Troubleshoot bottlenecks and collaborate with other departments like purchasing, transportation, and customer service Staff Leadership:  Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff. Assign tasks like picking, packing, loading, and unloading. ensure raw materials are continuously supplied to the production floor Safety & Compliance:  Enforce OSHA and company safety guidelines, ensuring proper use of PPE and material-handling equipment like forklifts Supervisory Responsibilities   Oversee 5-15 employees.   Qualifications and Experience   High School Diploma or equivalent   Two to four years related experience or equivalent  Knowledge of material handling practices and procedures  Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates  Commitment to excellence and high standards  Excellent written and oral communication skills  Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks  Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills  Ability to manage priorities and workflow  Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm  Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees  Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines  Strong interpersonal skills  Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels  Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions  Ability to understand any and all safety requirements and cautions  Ability to perform the physical labor necessary  Ability to effectively communicate with people Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English  Proficient on Outlook, Excel, Qpulse    Physical Requirements  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:   Walk/stand/sit for long periods of time   Lift and move a minimum of 25 pounds without assistance  Repetitive hand/arm use    Work Environment  Majority of the work time is spent in a manufacturing environment where temperatures are often warm or cool, depending upon the season, and noise level can be moderate to high  PPE required as determined by company safety standards:  safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00 per hour, based on experience.
