As the Drive & Control Company, we develop, produce, and distribute our components and system solutions in over 80 countries. Monitoring inventory levels, conducting cycle counts and physical inventories, and reconcile discrepancies using ERP/WMS systems and ordering materials needs for upcoming orders. Shipping & Receiving Overs ight: Verify delivery documentation and inspect incoming shipments for damage. Ensure outgoing orders are accurately packed, weighed, and accompanied by correct Bills of Lading (BOLs) Workflow Optimization: Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage. Troubleshoot bottlenecks and collaborate with other departments like purchasing, transportation, and customer service Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff. Assign tasks like picking, packing, loading, and unloading. ensure raw materials are continuously supplied to the production floor Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA and company safety guidelines, ensuring proper use of PPE and material-handling equipment like forklifts Supervisory Responsibilities Oversee 5-15 employees.
