We’re looking for an Occupancy Specialist to work at The Chase at Overlook Ridge Apartment Homes , our 1300+unit community, minutes from downtown Boston. You'll be just minutes from Revere Beach, great shopping, restaurants, and easy access to Boston. This position is located in affordable communities that are covered by government regulations. A bit more about what you’ll do… Making appointments, receiving and screening visitors and telephone calls using a telephone script. Maintaining and controlling confidential files and records. Preparing leases for occupancy and making initial computation of rents and monthly payments according to authority policy. Reviewing applications and interviews applicants for housing. Maintains the waiting list of applicants for housing and determines applicant eligibility. Maintaining continuing compliance and resident relations, upholding all fair housing principles, and applying the unique Program rules correctly including the student, unit transfer, unit vacancy and available unit rules. 2-4 years of related experience. Generally has specific experience in the regulatory occupancy field. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with: Expected pay rate of $26 to $32 per hour.  You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
