The IAM Engineer will help design, administer, and optimize secure identity and access solutions across a complex healthcare technology environment. You’ll work extensively with Okta and CyberArk to protect access to clinical systems, enterprise applications, and infrastructure. The role combines hands-on platform administration, identity integrations, automation, troubleshooting, and security operations. You’ll help strengthen authentication, provisioning, privileged access, and least-privilege controls while improving the user experience. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with IT, HR, compliance, and other stakeholders on enterprise-wide access initiatives. You’ll also contribute to compliance efforts aligned with healthcare regulations and recognized security frameworks.
