This is a high-impact opportunity to help scale a rapidly growing Records Retrieval business from an early-stage operation into a $50–100M revenue organization. You’ll work as a strategic extension of the business leader, taking ownership of complex operational challenges and high-priority initiatives. The role combines strategy, execution, process improvement, analytics, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll have significant autonomy and direct visibility into important business decisions.
