Oracle Business Analyst Atlanta GA Onsite Need Local Long Term Contract Senior Oracle Business Analyst who combines strong business analysis skills with hands-on technical experience. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into user stories and technical specifications, and deliver solutions in Oracle-based environments. Responsibilities: • Lead requirements workshops and document processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements. • Support Oracle SaaS, OIC, Oracle Cloud, OCI, EBS, databases, integrations, and related products. • Contribute to coding, scripting, SQL, troubleshooting, and solution validation. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows. • Manage epics, stories, defects, dependencies, and reporting through Jira Cloud and Jira Align. • Support testing, release coordination, and production validation. • Serve as Scrum Master or tester when needed. • Manage concurrent priorities and demanding delivery schedules.
