Sets up vendor user access to CRL & provides instructions on getting started with the system for payroll submission. Assists vendors with submitting certified payrolls in XML format using the online Civil Rights & Labor (CRL) system (e.g., analyzes & troubleshoots payroll Excel & XML files; provides solutions to import payroll XML files into CRL). Troubleshoots questions via telephone & email from various customers (e.g., vendors, Contract Compliance Officers) experiencing issues using CRL. Professional and customer-friendly oriented with the ability to communicate effectively by phone, by email, and by instant messaging. Must demonstrate the ability and/or expertise with web-based submission software, and experience in working with spreadsheets such as Excel and/or XML formats. Rate of pay is based upon the student’s academic status (determined by the college or university): Freshman and Sophomore Students - $19.50 per hour Junior and Senior Students - $20.00 per hour. Graduate Students - $24.00 per hour. This position is overtime eligible based on FLSA Standards. This position is unclassified per Section 124.11(A)(29). The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. An individual assessment of an applicant's prior criminal convictions will be made before excluding an applicant from consideration.
