Assists vendors with submitting certified payrolls in XML format using the online Civil Rights & Labor (CRL) system (e.g., analyzes & troubleshoots payroll Excel & XML files; provides solutions to import payroll XML files into CRL). Troubleshoots questions via telephone & email from various customers (e.g., vendors, Contract Compliance Officers) experiencing issues using CRL.
