This remote role supports patients in navigating the financial aspects of their healthcare services. You will help patients understand payment options, financial assistance programs, insurance coverage, and account balances. The position combines patient service, insurance coordination, billing support, collections, and financial counseling. You will work closely with patients, insurance providers, and clinical teams to ensure accounts are accurate and ready for billing. Success in this role requires empathy, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive financial conversations professionally.
