If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?   About the Role As a Program Manager with the Payments Network Team, you will lead the delivery and optimization of large, complex prepaid programs that support business growth, operational excellence, and client success. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end program execution, aligning strategic objectives, financial performance, and cross-functional initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes. You will serve as a key leader across internal teams and external partners, driving innovation, risk management, and continuous improvement. Success is measured through program performance, stakeholder satisfaction, financial efficiency, and delivery of strategic business objectives.   What You Will Be Doing Lead large-scale prepaid programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, budget, and timelines. Develop and execute program strategies that improve operational performance, client outcomes, and business value. Drive financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and investment optimization. Partner with product, technology, operations, compliance, finance, and commercial teams to deliver program objectives. Identify program risks, dependencies and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies and governance controls. Analyze complex business, operational and financial data to support strategic decision-making and program optimization. Establish performance metrics, monitor outcomes, and communicate program status to senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, quality, and customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and third-party service providers. Lead, coach and mentor program team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.   Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, project management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Significant experience leading complex programs, portfolios or strategic initiatives within financial services, payments, or fintech environments. Strong expertise in program management methodologies, governance frameworks, and execution practices. Advanced financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, and performance analysis. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions across multiple organizational levels. Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks while balancing strategic priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.   Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting prepaid, debit, payments, digital banking, or card-based financial products. Professional certification in program or project management. Knowledge of regulatory, compliance and risk management practices within financial services. Experience leading transformation, modernization, or process improvement initiatives.
