This is a high-impact payroll leadership role overseeing end-to-end payroll operations for a 500+ person, multi-state workforce. You’ll own payroll accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and employee data integrity across US and international payroll populations. The role serves as a key bridge between Finance and People, ensuring payroll information flows smoothly across both functions. You’ll bring deep expertise in multi-state wage and hour requirements, with particular responsibility for complex state regulations. Beyond payroll processing, you’ll contribute to financial reporting, headcount planning, audits, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable with complexity, and confident working across teams in a remote-first environment.
