About the Role: We're looking for a People Enablement Partner to serve as the operational backbone connecting our Total Rewards team to the systems, processes, and projects that make our people programs run smoothly. This role is critical to ensuring that compensation, benefits, and rewards initiatives are executed flawlessly — acting as the primary point of contact for cross-functional projects and the go-to expert whenever our people systems need attention. Your work directly supports the company's ability to attract, retain, and support our workforce by keeping the infrastructure behind our people programs reliable and scalable. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and comfortable operating at the intersection of HR operations, technology, and project management. This is a full-time position reporting into the People Operations team, with close, day-to-day partnership with Total Rewards. What You'll Be Working On: Total Rewards Partnership – Serve as the primary point of contact between Total Rewards and broader People/HR teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. People Systems Administration – Own the day-to-day operation, configuration, and troubleshooting of core HRIS and people systems ensuring data accuracy and system reliability. Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and workflows within people systems, driving automation and efficiency gains. Data Integrity & Reporting – Maintain clean, accurate people data and generate reports/dashboards to support Total Rewards decision-making. Issue Resolution – Act as the first line of support for system-related questions or issues from employees and HR partners, escalating and resolving as needed. Cross functional partners – Partner with internal partners to manage system integrations, upgrades, and escalations. Compliance Support – Help ensure people systems and processes align with relevant compliance and audit requirements. What You'll Bring to the Team: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or people systems support. Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS platform Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical system concepts for non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, particularly in close partnership with Total Rewards, Payroll, or Benefits teams. Strong attention to detail and a systems-thinking approach to problem-solving. Bonus Points Experience specifically supporting compensation or benefits administration within an HRIS. Exposure to system integrations or basic understanding of APIs/data flows between HR platforms. PMP, SHRM, or HRIS-specific certifications. Experience working in a high-growth or scaling company environment. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
