Operational Workflow & Technology Management Prioritize daily workflow activities, including printing orders and Medication Administration Records (MARs). At sites utilizing Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs), manage restocking, discrepancy resolution, overrides, and administrative‑level tasks. Support special projects and workflow improvement initiatives. Inventory & Supply Management Order, receive, and maintain adequate drug and supply inventory. Monitor expiration dates, rotate stock, and process returns of outdated products. Ensure secure storage of medications, including controlled substances and accountable items. Assist with inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records. Professional Development & Leadership Serve as a lead worker overseeing pharmacy technician activities.
