This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Process Engineer based in the United States. This is a newly created opportunity focused on bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to the integration of newly acquired partner firms. You will lead post-LOI discovery efforts to understand business processes, client workflows, technology environments, and operational models. You will translate those findings into a clear target-state architecture, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. A key part of the role is building a repeatable integration framework and toolkit where no standardized playbook currently exists. You will collaborate across Legal, Finance, Operations, Technology, Leadership, and partner organizations to develop sequenced integration roadmaps. By organizing post-close changes into coordinated releases, you will help teams anticipate transitions and reduce disruption. The role combines process engineering, systems thinking, project coordination, change management, and stakeholder engagement in a growing financial-services environment.
