How you’ll make an impact Monitor and assess the overall health of GPG standard processes. Analyze and improve production flow, operator movement, and area layout. Lead or participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities. Create and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work. Identify and execute CAPEX and cost‑out improvement projects. Collaborate across HSE, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Procurement. Troubleshoot issues while balancing urgency with safety and quality requirements. Use software tools to conduct analyses, prepare reports, and support engineering activities. Your background Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. Experience with production or manufacturing processes. Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles. Ability to analyze data using standard engineering and computer tools. Strong communication skills for working across departments.
