Responsibilities: Support process engineers in the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes Set up, monitor, and adjust production processes, parameters, and equipment to meet specifications Collect, analyze, and document process data (cycle times, scrap, yield, downtime, etc.) Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions Support new product introductions, trials, and process validations Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and visual standards Perform time studies, capability studies, and basic statistical analysis Support equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting on the production floor Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical training in engineering, manufacturing technology, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical support role Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment Ability to read and follow technical documentation, drawings, and specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP/MES systems The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
