As the first Product Marketing Manager, you will build and establish the product marketing function from the ground up. You will shape how innovative AI, data science, and clinical capabilities are positioned for enterprise healthcare buyers. Working closely with Marketing, Business Development, Product, Research, Clinical, and Partner Success teams, you will turn complex technology into compelling business narratives. You will develop positioning frameworks, competitive strategies, launch plans, and sales enablement infrastructure that directly support commercial growth. The role also gives you ownership of scientific communications, helping translate clinical evidence and research into market-facing stories. You will build systems and processes that improve market intelligence, strengthen differentiation, and inform product strategy. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on product marketer who thrives in an early-stage environment and enjoys building new capabilities from scratch. Accountabilities: As Product Marketing Manager, you will own the product marketing strategy and infrastructure, connecting product innovation, clinical evidence, customer needs, and commercial objectives. Develop and own the product positioning framework and messaging architecture across the AI product portfolio. Translate complex data science capabilities, technology, and clinical outcomes into clear business value for health plan and health system buyers. Build and maintain a differentiated technology narrative that clearly communicates product innovation, competitive strengths, and market relevance. Lead strategic go-to-market planning for new product launches, establishing clear positioning, market education strategies, messaging, and success metrics. Develop launch frameworks that move beyond tactical announcements toward consistent and measurable market education. Own scientific communications in partnership with Research and Clinical teams, identifying publication opportunities and planning communications around new research and manuscripts. Translate peer-reviewed research and clinical findings into compelling market-facing narratives, sales materials, and enablement content. Build and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement library, including pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, battle cards, and related resources. Partner with Business Development and Partner Success teams to support strategic enterprise opportunities and improve sales effectiveness. Gather market feedback from commercial teams and customers and use those insights to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and sales strategies. Establish product marketing processes, infrastructure, and operating rhythms from the ground up. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Research, Clinical, Business Development, and Partner Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and market alignment. Help develop market intelligence systems that identify competitive trends, customer needs, market opportunities, and implications for product strategy. Use customer and market insights to inform product priorities, positioning decisions, and future go-to-market opportunities. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines strong B2B product marketing expertise with experience launching technical products, simplifying complex concepts, and building marketing infrastructure in fast-moving environments. 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience. Previous experience as the first or only product marketer in an organization, with responsibility for building the product marketing function from the ground up. Proven experience bringing new products to market, particularly technical, AI, analytics, data science, or other complex products. Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex technical, clinical, or scientific concepts into clear and compelling business narratives. Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to building processes, frameworks, content, and infrastructure. Ability to operate independently and make progress in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments. Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with Product, Sales/Business Development, Research, Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Success or Partner Success teams. Experience developing positioning frameworks, messaging architectures, competitive differentiation, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement programs. Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and the ability to connect product capabilities with measurable business outcomes. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred, particularly with health plans, health systems, or value-based care organizations. Experience working at an early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS company is a plus. Experience translating clinical evidence, research findings, or advanced technical capabilities into commercial positioning and sales narratives is highly valuable. Comfortable building new systems and operating processes without relying on established playbooks. Strong curiosity, creativity, and willingness to experiment, learn, and continuously improve.
