You will process and convert files into industry-standard image formats while preparing documents and metadata for delivery. The role combines advanced technical expertise, quality control, workflow optimization, and hands-on production support. You will work across eDiscovery and litigation support technologies, using tools such as SQL and industry-standard review platforms. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under demanding deadlines. You will also contribute to process improvements, develop solutions for complex data requests, and help mentor less experienced team members.
