How You'll Make an Impact Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, delays, or equipment downtime. Analyze capacity and resource requirements and make recommendations to optimize throughput. Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure product delivery aligns with specifications and deadlines. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory levels. Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and/or 2+ years of experience in production planning or a similar role. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
