This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and scale Medicaid revenue optimization and member activation programs across multiple markets. You will translate strategic opportunities into scalable programs that improve financial performance while helping members access benefits for which they qualify. The position requires close collaboration across Finance, Market Operations, Risk Adjustment, Care Management, Compliance, Product, and other business functions. You will own program performance, operational execution, market expansion, vendor governance, and measurable business outcomes. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program delivery, financial analysis, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. You will navigate complex Medicaid environments and influence senior leaders and matrixed teams without relying on direct authority.
