This is a senior consulting role supporting local governments and utility agencies across the country. You’ll help public-sector organizations improve business processes, organizational effectiveness, technology strategies, and service delivery. The work spans organizational assessments, strategic planning, software evaluations, system implementations, and operational improvement initiatives. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, bringing practical knowledge of public works and utility operations to complex client challenges. The role combines project leadership, client relationship management, team coordination, and business development in a collaborative consulting environment. You’ll work with stakeholders at multiple levels, translating business needs into practical recommendations and measurable outcomes. This is a fully remote position with nationwide client engagement and anticipated travel of up to 50% to client sites.
