Job Responsibilities** * Lead and manage multiple project teams across the region, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve operational excellence. * Develop and implement robust project management strategies and processes to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of all regional projects. * Define and refine project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations. * Monitor, track, and report on key operational performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation within the region. * Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within all regional teams. * Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring transparency and successful project outcomes. * Oversee resource planning and allocation to effectively support current and future project demands. Job Qualifications** * Proven experience in Deliverables Management, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects. * Extensive experience in Leading Project Teams, with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating team members. * Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies and tools, including a deep understanding of project lifecycles. * Demonstrated ability in Project Scope Development, including requirements gathering, definition, and management. * Exceptional Team Management skills, including performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, business, or project management field; Master's degree preferred. * PMP or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
