You will work at the intersection of workforce planning, program operations, recruiting, compliance, and resource management. The position partners closely with program leadership to ensure teams are appropriately staffed, onboarded, supported, and aligned with operational priorities. You’ll use workforce data and reporting to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. The role also involves coordinating sensitive onboarding and clearance processes in a highly regulated environment.
