Our partner is looking for a Revenue and Sales Operations Project Manager based in the United States. As a Revenue and Sales Operations Project Manager, you will support strategic growth initiatives across revenue and sales operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and help ensure programs are delivered on time and to a high standard. Working closely with business stakeholders and leadership, you will translate objectives into structured projects with clear outcomes. The role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, change management, and operational improvement. You will help identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives. Your work will contribute directly to improving processes, tools, collaboration, and business performance in a dynamic environment. Accountabilities Develop project charters with stakeholders to establish clear alignment with business objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and success criteria in collaboration with relevant teams. Manage project tasks, schedules, resources, and budgets to support timely and effective delivery. Coordinate project meetings, facilitate collaboration, and maintain clear communication across sales, revenue operations, and other functions. Lead cross-functional project activities, helping teams align on priorities and reach decisions effectively. Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements. Support change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. Document project requirements, key decisions, outcomes, and post-project evaluations to support continuous improvement. Organize and communicate quarterly project achievements, highlighting business impact and progress to leadership and stakeholders. Requirements 3–5 years of professional experience in project management or a closely related field. Strong organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong stakeholder management capabilities. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate collaboration, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on delivering high-quality results. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using project management and workflow tools such as Smartsheet, Wrike, or comparable platforms. Strong time-management and prioritization skills, particularly in fast-paced environments. Experience with B2B insurance is a plus but not required. Previous experience with cross-functional team management, stakeholder engagement, or change management is advantageous. A certification in project management methodologies is considered a plus. Benefits Base salary range of  $52,600–$98,000 , depending on experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and other applicable factors.
